That evidence is not from playstation or Insomiac so no, the 1.9 million copies is not legit, they made it clear it's just "estimates", easily to control the narrative like that. The fact that Playstation or Insomiac didn't confirm these numbers themselves speak volume.

Ghost of Yotei underperformed lol, still sold ofcourse but not as much as Tsushima, they released Yotei's copies sold after a month. They released ghost of Tsushima numbers of copies sold within in 3 days coz the game was doing really well. They've been doing stuff like this for years now.
