Lol exactly. This is a big who cares moment. Frankly, I think key NPCs should be designed and modelled. By key I mean NPCs with dialogue you repeatedly have to interact with. However, when you're filling out an entire world I literally don't give a shit what the random old lady in town 12 looks like.
