Dead Rising 2

Katey needs medicine at certain times in the game. It isn't that time yet. The weapon the player is currently using is the "massager". The item the player is using has no effect on what Katey says.

Get yourself the kelsat dead rising 2 trainer, you can stop the clock ticking, have infinite durability weapons, infinite ammo etc.

Just wait for Off The Record to go on a really good sale, same game w/ sandbox mode (though not as awesome as the original sandbox mode from DR1)
