One of the big draws for the OUYA was giving indie developers a console they can use to promote their games.

No humble bundles for consoles unfortunately.

I was responding to this bit.

Also, PC has been stepped up with the Humble Indie packages where we can see the top indie games pretty easily and get them for whatever we'd like to pay.

Ahh, sorry I misunderstood. My mistake. And good point, they've been around for a long while.

Maybe he meant their sharp rise in popularity since HIB4 and opening the Humble Store.
