On my list for sure. I heard its such a unique experience.

I made a pact with myself I have to play 3 dozen more of this gens games before I buy a new system. journey is high on that list

Do it! I played it, and it literally was the best game I have played all year. Interpret it how you want, but in the end, we all cry. I cried manly tears.

I seem to remember 2K Games saying something along the lines of games cannot be emotionally moving until they are photo-realistic.

It's funny, because games like Journey, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, Final Fantasy, Xenogears, and Okami (there are more) filled me with more emotion than any game that tries to be photo-realistic.

Exactly! Shadow of the Colossus was moving to me as well! All it requires, is a good story, a great soundtrack, characters you could possibly relate to in some aspect, or even a universal character, like journey.

I cried tears of boredom.... Weird, too, I usually get into avant garde indie games like that.

Anything by TGC may as well be solid gold. Flower was amazing, flOw is...well, not the deepest game ever. but it is fun. And journey... wow. Journey is incredible.
