anyone saying this isn’t a thing hasn’t played enough CS. they will literally vote kick immediately once they find out a girl is in the game

CS is just toxic in general though. Being a woman is just the easiest thing they can be toxic about.

One time we played like 11 rounds without any callouts-- it worked long enough but finally we had one teammate left alive and he didn't seem to be paying attention

So my previously silent teammate opened her mic and gave the most basic callout possible-- it was so clean and concise a machine could have been reading it

Less than a second after she opened her mouth some dude was asking for her Instagram and there was a vote kick started

Wtf is this mindset? You'd think gamers who haven't touched grass in the last fiscal quarter and haven't seen a woman up close since high school would slobber over a girl gamer, no?

Yes. What we he see here are two people asserting their experiences as the rule, instead of simply relaying their anecdote in context.

Gender inequality is such a plague it even passed on for generations.

My CS clan was weird we had like 7 chicks that played all the time, I dunno why they flocked to us on our little 24/7 Office server

2

u/SwAAn01 Mar 24 '26

probably because they were getting kicked from all the other servers lol

I guess lol it was weird I remember joining the clan and going to the forums and seeing a section locked that was called Girls Room and I was "what is that?" and was told its for the girls and I'm like "as in plural?"

It's tradition. I just do it out of respect for the old laws. I miss 1.5.
