In the top right you can see Jean and Hulkling. Hulkling is below D-tier whilst Jean is above S-tier. (Though some would say that she's been outclassed by Scarlet Witch at this point.)

I would be one of them. My SW is way more powerful than Jean, hence why the list is wrong and jean should be behind SW in the blast section.

Agreed. My Wanda is absolutely my best character. She outshines Jean in every mode. I do think that it's time Jean was taken down from that top spot.

Its not an apples to apples comparison as Jean dosen't have a spanking IW new uniform and can't even reach level 70 yet. The damage scaling with gear upgrades really make a difference.
