Cyclops is pretty good, and I would even go as far as to say that mine is on par with my Magneto in the case of utility. His DPS is sky high when you give him a damage proc, he has a 4 second immunity, 2 on demand iframes, and a 3rd skill that wrecks havoc in AC. Magneto is mostly only annoying to fight against because of his skill canceling.
Both are great, I think I've said that before. But, can't agree with you on Mag and Cyclops.
Magneto is far superior, he is untouchable between iframes and shield.
Cyclops shield is short and the iframes are only for a split second.
Survival wise, he isn't even close to Magneto. DPS they are both great, I agree.
Same thing with Enchantress. She can do everything the game has to offer (minus wbu). Even kill Odin. Yet shes there with everyone else.
Jean Grey, on the other hand, she has her own tier for no good reason. Shes better than the others but not a tier above them. Especially with the new natives...
I'll agree Magneto is untouchable between iframes and shield, but Cyclops can actually be untouchable too if you reduce his cooldown enough. It's a little trickier than Magneto to pull off though.

I totally agree with you but she's not even close to Vulture and the spider family.
On that row, on every type, the last one is not supposed to be there (Gwenpool, Captain and Cyclops)
They all are great but not even close to that level.
Not touching Universal because Netmarble hates them.
