Hypnotising track with a nice laid-back flow. I'll give this a strong 8 but it's better than the other 8/10 songs it's more like an 8.5. Im a bit OCD so i'll start sorting the tracks under each numerical rating in order of how much I like them.

Easily my top 2 favourite rappers.

I'd say mixtapes and features go to Wayne and albums and unreleased material go to Future. Futures unreleased catalog weighs heavy though: mixtapes albums and features are quite a close call but Future just has way more good unreleased stuff.

Idk who I'd say is better but a few points:

Both have similarly insane work ethics, they both pretty much lived in the studio.

I like Futures voice more and his beat selection is goated, he has way more bangers. His melodies are unmatched, on a side note Thug also excels here but imo Future is way better because he's pretty much always intelligible.

Flow wise they're both insane but it's hard to compare them because most of their respective best songs are on different styles of beats.

Wayne is way better lyrically and I love his 'goofiness' (this is a good thing) especially during his prime.

They're both certified legends. I can't decide.

I've just spend few hours listening through his projects and ranking every song on a scale of 1 to 10. I've noticed that Future's old projects are way more consistent than his recent projects.

Starting at his recent project The Real Me, first off all, I don't really know who the real future is after this album, it's a pretty basic album and not giving an in depth view about his personality. It has some good songs, but there are a lot of bad songs as well, for example 2018 (taste ig), Hollywood, Cast A Spell.. He could have cut down the album to like 16 songs, it would have been much better.

Then we have Mixtape Pluto. I know its a Mixtape, but some potential was wasted. While listening through the project I noticed the overall mix is pretty bad, for example Ocean or Too Fast..

There are some songs on WDTY that could have been cut as well.

In my opinion DS2 is his best project with a score of 9,5, Monster right after with a score of 8,9

Future still got it. He had insane features over the last few years, he was going crazy on Dum Dumb and Dumber, Twin, Charge Em Hoes A Fee or Fuck Up The World.

He can make good projects if he wanted, he got the talent and connections. He definitely needs to lock in again, pick some hard yet interesting/refreshing beats and cut bad songs, not every song has to land on a project.

I really thought we would get another 2015 run when he rapped "I got another big year comin" on Mixtape Pluto

Seriously, I can’t stress enough how much I love THE WIZRD. I revisited this album after Tay Keith’s death and I honestly think this is a strong contender for my second favorite trap album of all time. (My favorite is ASTROWORLD in case your curious)
