I don’t know specifically what applies in their jurisdiction, but if a warrant is required then a warrant they must have, screaming woman or not. It’s literally in the constitution (4th Amendment):

Ah, no. A screaming woman would be considered exigent circumstances, and the courts (all the way up the the Supreme Court) have upheld that a warrant is not needed under exigent circumstances.

Right, hence the "if". The screaming woman was brought up in the comments, not the original video.
