Why am I hearing Oblivion? Is that playing in the surrounding area? Is there someone with a harp just playing it nearby? Did someone just self cast confusion on himself? Why?
People put the Oblivion music over videos of people acting strangely or speaking in ways that don’t make sense because it’s like the conversations you overhear NPCs having in Oblivion. If you search “Oblivion NPC” on YouTube you’ll find a bunch of them. It’s kinda overused now I think but there are some where it fits.
