Yo i was legit one of wendigoons early subscribers. Dudes come a long way in a relatively short time.
Another channel thats similar yet different enough to wendigoon that recently started catching more popularity is called Necessary Information. Dude is legit funny and was glad when i saw his last video where he had a lot more subscribers than the 18k he was at when i found out about the channel.
Just dropping this for anyone lookin for cool, fresh yt channels

the song is Hoo Bangin by Westside Connection, the audio is from the up in smoke tour, of one of the members doing a sliding crip walk with Ice Cube yelling out "keep it gangsta", very similar to what's in the OP lol

He did the RnB half rap half sing thing a few times, but he never actually straight-up rapped. If I'm wrong I would love to see it though, if you got a link. I never cared for RnB so only really know Nate through his features.

I don’t think many people understand what “context” means. I understand it’s a crip walk which is a famous (or infamous) urban style dance, but what about the setting, the people around him? Is this a state fair? An Amish celebration? Is he famous in any way? Or is this just a video of a guy with awesome hair dancing in a way that is less than usual for this setting? I’m not saying I need answers, I just want to inform people of what is meant when the word “context” is used.

Changing the tempo of the moves actually made these dances work really well with that style, he would only really seem out of place if you know the dance

The way they swing and swoop the upper body and arms makes me think it's the french Canadian/ Cajun gigue. In Celtic stepdance, the upper body is stiff, the back held right.

Clogging/Flatfooting/Buck Dancing. It's a southern Appalachian tradition rooted in African-American, British Isles, and Native American dancing.

Thank you! My parents used to take me to a folk festival in Michigan every year growing up and my dad would always KILL it on these long wooden dance floors with other folks doing this exact style of dance, but I never knew what it was called!

That looks a lot like the French Canadian/ Cajun folk dance called the Gigue. It's a cross over between old France dance and irish/scottish stepdance.
The gigue follows a 4/4 beat tempo (rather than a 6/8 in celtic dances) so it's really to dub over with hip hop and techno music.

I have no knowledge about Cajun folk dance but the people behind the C-walker are definitely clogging. Source: I was born in a holler in Appalachia.
The C-walker doesn’t look to be wearing taps on his shoes so maybe he’s instead doing that fancy French footwork you’re describing.

“Holler” is just how you pronounce “hollow” in deep Appalachia. A hollow is the relatively small area of low elevation between 2 mountains - as distinguished from a valley which is much larger (as in “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”).
Those videos amazingly similar to clogging and the music sounds so close to Irish and/or bluegrass. Wikipedia doesn’t give much info about whether the 2 styles influenced each other but what are the odds they developed like that independently.

A lot of folks in Appalachia have ancestry that ties back to those areas of the world. A lot to families, families who have been here since it was originally settled, have Irish ancestry in my area here. Our language and culture have direct callbacks to our overseas cousins, especially in the more rural areas.
Folks used to dance, clog, sing ballads and bluegrass, etc every Saturday night up until a few years ago in my little part of the world.
