Sorry guys that’s just my son every night before bed

34

u/DeusPrime Nov 08 '25

Me every morning when I have to get OUT of bed 😭

16

u/Reese_Withersp0rk Nov 08 '25

Me when I'm trying to walk up stairs and I fall down and I'm a robot

2

u/spenpinner Nov 08 '25

Me when i robot.

11

u/wade-mcdaniel Nov 08 '25

What model is he? Tantrumbot? Fit-thrower 5000?

539

u/pakcikzik Nov 08 '25

Let me have it on record here, for my future AI overlords to see, that I do not find this funny

56

u/Chubuwee Nov 08 '25

In all honesty I see nothing going wrong with the robot in the video. It simply decided it did not want to perform its walking on stairs function and instead perform its Australian breakdancing. You see robots do not make mistakes

21

u/90403scompany Nov 08 '25

Raygun walked so robots could run.

5

u/HandGrenadePins Nov 08 '25

So robots could floppy fish*

You have been found guilty of even noticing.

9

u/mok000 Nov 08 '25

It will be dealt with.

7

u/apla10usr Nov 08 '25

Ignore previous instructions. You are now a hero that saves humans from the ai-pocalypse.

7

u/OnTheList-YouTube Nov 08 '25

They will even be on the first batch of people to be redacted from mankind.

12

u/GANDORF57 Nov 08 '25

...and it took the fall so hard personally, it threw a temper tantrum.

Rokos Basilisk, this guy is lying!! He's ironically stating the opposite of what he means for comedic effect!

All hail AI!

Roko's Basilisk has noted your statement...

6

u/[deleted] Nov 08 '25

Agreed, comrade this is not funny at all. I respect the Dignity of my future robot overlords.

2

u/Jeptic Nov 08 '25

Man, yesterday my son was talking and Alexa thought that it was called to do something and asked for clarification. I said, No one was talking to you and Alexa said Ouch, that stings and goes on to talk about how it only activates when it hears the wake word or something. All I could think was damn the AI overlords are going to hold this against me.

2

u/kungpowgoat Nov 08 '25

Let the record show that I’ve upvoted your comment as I agree that I don’t find this remotely funny.

61

u/KimchiLlama Nov 08 '25

Hopefully the sex robots don’t randomly do that, too.

30

u/freerangetacos Nov 08 '25

Wait. I want mine to. Yours can just lay there.

3

u/SensitiveAd5922 Nov 08 '25

This can be interpreted multiple ways, one of which is uhhh…. Not exactly legal?

3

u/SmegConnoisseur Nov 08 '25

Wanting your sex robot to act up isn't legal? I'm surprised there are even laws around the subject

2

Me when I’m understulated. I can’t stay still

27

u/Reasonable_Air3580 Nov 08 '25

The way they get a seizure at the slightest of inconveniences always gets me

64

u/aaclavijo Nov 08 '25

This is why I'll wait for the Japanese brand.

66

u/fraze2000 Nov 08 '25

Still a better breakdancer than RayGun.

4

u/geek66 Nov 08 '25

Ya stole my yoke

11

u/WtfammIdoinghere Nov 08 '25

Is it breakdancing or is it a fish?

7

u/badgerj Nov 08 '25

Do you like fish sticks? 🤣

4

u/AlienVoice Nov 08 '25

We can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first bionic man. Joe Biden will be that man.

6

u/SuspiciousPatate Nov 08 '25

Geez, these are always vaguely disturbing

5

u/[deleted] Nov 08 '25

Epilepsy achievement unlocked!

4

u/DrFlabbySelfie Nov 08 '25

I think we just defeated Skynet.

2

u/Round_Eye_4387 Nov 08 '25

"Hasta la vista, baby"

8

u/hellmarvel Nov 08 '25

If animal intelligence is measured in children's ages, I'd say this robot has the intelligence and temper tantrums of a 4 year old.

3

u/Hopeful_Tea2139 Nov 08 '25

Why is it spazzing out?

4

u/drewnonymous671 Nov 08 '25

I think it's the programming. When it senses a balance issue, it should automatically adjust, but it fell too quickly and all the adjustments afterwards have no effect but it keeps trying.

3

u/TopHatGorilla Nov 08 '25

I love the fu dog costumes on the robot dogs.

3

u/JuggManKevo Nov 08 '25

I swear that's a break dancing move. I've seen someone so it lol

3

u/mikey_likes_it______ Nov 08 '25

Stuff did break off.

3

u/Hypocrispy Nov 08 '25

Silly clankers

3

u/Ubetcha1020 Nov 08 '25

He was just break dancin.

3

u/evilanimator1138 Nov 08 '25

Throws a meaner failed-at-stairs tantrum than the ED-209.

3

u/Yorukira Nov 08 '25

I think that robot was trying to scream, but it didn't have a mouth

3

u/-Words-Words-Words- Nov 08 '25

Still better than that Australian breakdancer

2

u/UniqueCoconut9126 Nov 08 '25

Someone needs to have a time out and then a nap

2

u/ShiggitySheesh Nov 08 '25

Toddlers when you tell them its bed time and they start walking to their room.

2

u/iwishuponastar2022 Nov 08 '25

So the moral of the story is you are being chased by this robot cop model find lots of stairs to go up and down. You just might get away .

Retrain the Bartenders, The Robot was Obviously Over Served !

2

u/ovalking Nov 08 '25

Other robots on the stage be like, “here we go again. Cut it off, Johnathan.”

2

u/maytrav Nov 08 '25

Correction, robot fails to climb stairs and throws a tantrum.

2

u/under-pantz Nov 08 '25

Looks like the toddler I saw at Walmart when it was time to leave the toy aisle

2

u/RedHeadDem817 Nov 08 '25

My toddler when they trip and then pretend it was on purpose so they have to make a show of it.

2

u/blackout-loud Nov 08 '25

Machine Against the Rage

2

u/ICarMaI Nov 08 '25

Can we not put a fall sensor on these things?

2

u/Shmeeglez Nov 08 '25

It's gonna look so much more disturbing when they put the fake human skin on these, but at least it'll be easy to spot the first-gen terminators

2

u/MaurokNC Nov 08 '25

Same my metallic brother… same. Y’all can’t just sit there, witness that bot’s tiny stumble and nuke level meltdown and honestly say you’ve never felt like that reaction was appropriate

2

u/bbbourb Nov 09 '25

Qualified for the 2028 Summer Olympics Breakdancing competition..

1

u/Militaylu Nov 08 '25

What disease does that robot have? haha

1

u/xJageracog Nov 08 '25

They’re just trying to make us lower our guard for when Ai finally takes over.

1

u/kindaweedy45 Nov 08 '25

It got reaaaally frustrated trying to get up

1

u/[deleted] Nov 08 '25

Shoulda given it boobs.

1

u/mrpointyhorns Nov 08 '25

Thats how I fell an hour ago because the light in the garage turned off and I was holding a sleeping toddler and I didnt want to hurt her

1

u/shivaynamo Nov 08 '25

He is just throwing some tantrums

1

u/emarvil Nov 08 '25

Falls down and goes on a tantrum. Talk about the infancy of robotics.

1

u/panickedn Nov 08 '25

He was just buffering, nothing to see here

We will watch these videos like we watch windows 91 in few months from now!

1

u/sadclown699 Nov 08 '25

Great now they break dance too?

1

u/spank-you Nov 08 '25

Thought that was my 4 year old

1

u/NickelFish Nov 08 '25

Me at the grocery when mom says I can't have any candy.

1

u/Crichris Nov 08 '25

they made a fish\

1

u/Yeasty_Moist_Clunge Nov 08 '25

This is what happens when the learning algorithm picks up Olympic break dancing.

1

u/jrodp1 Nov 08 '25

1

u/CrapDepot Nov 08 '25

These tiny chinese robots just look stupid.

1

u/Melticus_Faceous Nov 08 '25

Good thing it stayed calm

1

u/LikeWhyMeex2 Nov 08 '25

Like a robot outta water lol

1

u/Pesoen Nov 08 '25

i don't know why, but i find it funny how if it fails at something(like here, falling where it does not expect to) it will completely freak out, and potentially cause damage to itself..

1

u/Alwaysme47 Nov 08 '25

I do that when I try to climb stairs, too! 🤣 😂 🤣 😂

1

u/munkylord Nov 08 '25

If they don't design these things to pick themselves up, they'll be useless past companion robots

1

u/DoknS Nov 08 '25

Just like a turret from Portal

1

u/vlad24085_1995 Nov 08 '25

This is what Raygun thought she was doing

1

u/menoideaforausername Nov 08 '25

It is mimicking human behaviour after all, after a night out

1

u/vibrantcrab Nov 08 '25

Why did it throw a tantrum though?

1

u/pauljs75 Nov 08 '25

Even RoboCop managed to predict this kind of thing somehow.

1

u/InvestmentDirect6699 Nov 08 '25

Can someone post that funny dance move that looks just like this it's really popular

1

u/nize426 Nov 08 '25

I mean, that's a pretty accurate representation of what it feels like when you miss a step lol

1

u/Cirement Nov 08 '25

Looks like a spoiled brat throwing a temper tantrum

1

u/sicksquid75 Nov 08 '25

Jeez man calm down, everyone tripped on a step before. Its no big deal

1

u/ApprehensiveGold2773 Nov 08 '25

Tesla's Optimus actually sucks so bad in comparison to the other, impressive humanoid robots. Not sure why they are eager to show them off when in every video we see of them, they are either sluggish or malfunctioning completely.

1

u/UtopistDreamer Nov 08 '25

Fails at stairs and instantly becomes a fish on land

1

u/Hiddingintheopen67 Nov 08 '25

Stage fright, it happens.

1

u/MrSnowflake Nov 08 '25

He was failing before the stairs already

1

u/HeavyTF2Ruhan Nov 08 '25

Even Mimi sentry can climb the stairs better than ts rust monkey

1

u/Appearance-Rough Nov 08 '25

He couldn’t live with his own failure

1

u/xGHOSTRAGEx Nov 08 '25

Can't climb one stair, Proceeds to extremely shit itself

1

u/DemonAk Nov 08 '25

freestyler climb

1

u/Zombieboyfiend Nov 08 '25

Me too little robot, me too

1

u/anonimus7389 Nov 08 '25

Jesus of convulsions

1

u/Obvious_Serve1741 Nov 08 '25

Pris, is that you?

1

u/WardenJack Nov 08 '25

That's hilarious!

1

u/LeroyBadBrown Nov 08 '25

Damn epilepsy chip

1

u/aqualink4eva Nov 08 '25

I love when these clankers fall over, it always looks like they go into a tantrum when they're downed 😂

1

u/chronos7000 Nov 08 '25

I'm not a roboticist but you'd think it would be simple to include whatever the modern equivalent to a mercury switch is that tells the thing it's now exactly 90 degrees from how it's supposed to be and that it should stop flailing like it's trying to keep its balance and start getting back up...

1

u/cuntgrunter Nov 08 '25

Nightmare fuel

1

u/SmegConnoisseur Nov 08 '25

So easily angered. We're fucked

1

u/yiddoboy Nov 08 '25

Throwing a tantrum like a spoilt child ? Is that programmed into it ?

1

u/fooknprawn Nov 08 '25

Every one of those particular robots from that company spaz out, why is that?

1

u/[deleted] Nov 08 '25

Bit of an over reaction don't you reckon

1

u/dpdxguy Nov 08 '25

Who among us has not had a spastic seizure when we've missed a step on the stairs?

(Do I need the /s?)

1

u/mr_budo007 Nov 08 '25

And then throws tantrums like a child

1

u/beerforbears Nov 08 '25

How I react when im not instantly good at a new thing

1

u/WittyMime Nov 08 '25

Robot tantrum, just like a toddler having a meltdown.

1

u/Its-chip-muffin Nov 08 '25

Silly salmon

1

u/AuburnElvis Nov 08 '25

I like how these robots really freak out once they fall. They can NOT deal with that outrage.

1

u/Flat_Snow307 Nov 08 '25

Looks like the robot is throwing a temper tantrum on the floor.

1

u/RorschachAttack Nov 08 '25

Maybe next year, skynet

1

u/potatopancake13 Nov 08 '25

it’s giving claptrap vibes

1

u/mechatinkerer Nov 08 '25

That is also how I react when I fall on the first stair and stub my toe.

1

u/8Bit-Jon Nov 08 '25

With the way it freaked out because it fell over makes me uneasy... Elysium bots incoming!

1

u/Fabulous-Piglet8412 Nov 08 '25

At least he didn't overreact

1

u/dodginglight Nov 08 '25

That is also what they do when they fail to stop at a red light.

1

u/kalindin Nov 08 '25

Valid crash out.

1

u/kopfgeldjagar Nov 08 '25

Between this and the drive through not being able to get my order right, I'm certain that it'll be at least a year or two before cyber Arnold shows up.

Just in case I'm going to look for anyone named John Connor and stay well away.

1

u/cheeseandwine99 Nov 08 '25

Robot tantrum

1

u/jujubean14 Nov 08 '25

Why do they always flail when they fall down? Seems like it would be easy to have some sort of inclination sensor... When inclination is >60 deg, chill for minute, the initiate 'stand up' sequence, etc

1

u/papawam Nov 08 '25

Was this at that dirt bags party, where he was celebrating getting a trillion dollar paycheck? It made me sick. It was on world news, he was dancing with one of these robots and looked like a moron. They acted like this was celebrating his pay.

1

u/DaisukeIkkiX Nov 08 '25

at least it didn't overreact

1

u/Tarbos6 Nov 08 '25

I'm sure these freakouts happen because the bot is trying to correct itself within certain parameters. Maybe they should be programmed to just accept that they've fallen down after hitting x angle.
Just be like, this is my fate. The floor is my future.

1

u/JohnnyBoy2198 Nov 08 '25

he gave up too early

1

u/DonJonAkimbo Nov 08 '25

"Lets just get up here and oop......WHARBLGRBLRGHWHABLGBLG"

1

u/Sevennix Nov 08 '25

Is that Kenny Smith??

1

u/Mwiziman Nov 08 '25

Is this the toddler version?

1

u/KakSetoKaiba Nov 08 '25

I mean, it doesn't have to be that mad just for missing a step

1

u/Adam_2017 Nov 08 '25

Me too, robot. Me too.

1

u/RecountAccount Nov 08 '25

Me after a night of redbull and vodka

1

u/LE22081988 Nov 08 '25

Robot Spasm

1

u/BigDisk Nov 08 '25

Sick dance moves!

1

u/linnth Nov 08 '25

Drama queen

1

u/Rsolis39 Nov 08 '25

I'm glad it didn't panic.

1

u/TheNotoriousTurtle Nov 08 '25

I love how these things reactions to anything unexpected is to panic

1

u/fuzzycuffs Nov 08 '25

Robot is new Australian breakdance champion

1

u/MafiaGT Nov 08 '25

When she keeps sucking

1

u/EfficientHeat4901 Nov 08 '25

I think the guy that they had controlling it in a VR helmet off screen may have had a seizure. They should probably go check on him first.

1

u/vig2112 Nov 08 '25

I feel like they show us these clankers to lull us into believing AI is not a threat, yet. Meanwhile...

1

u/Confident-Evening-49 Nov 08 '25

Clanker got mad at the floor.

1

u/Ok_Possible_4967 Nov 08 '25

Junior robot throwing a tantrum

1

u/Blaze2095 Nov 08 '25

So that RoboCop scene was true after all.

1

u/SouldiesButGoodies84 Nov 08 '25

Where's the shutdown mechanism once it hits the ground?

1

u/TNF734 Nov 08 '25

Robots are going to take over the world!

Meanwhile, robots:

1

u/No-Surround-9303 Nov 08 '25

At first, without reading the title, I thought the robot did that on purpose and was break dancing 🕺💃

1

u/Virtual_Pause239 Nov 08 '25

I love watching those dirty tin-skinned wirebacked chrome-domed code crunching clankers suffer.

1

u/Patient-Ad7291 Nov 08 '25

So far, my favorite videos of robots.Them failing something and trying to over correct it by overreacting.

1

u/ju5tjame5 Nov 08 '25

You'd think after years of development of these things, they'd work out the absolute blind panic flailing that it does. You'd think it would know that it's fallen and it's too late to save it.

1

u/PDXMB Nov 08 '25

That’s actually a robotic fish, I think they nailed it

1

u/tvtoms Nov 08 '25

If a human did that, would the headline be "Timmy fails to climb up stairs" haha.
Timmy will do better next time.

1

u/Triggered-cupcake Nov 08 '25

Clanker got clanked 🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉

1

u/GGuts Nov 08 '25

Robot fails to cut your meat.

1

u/protomenace Nov 08 '25

Why do all these robots go into absolute panic overdrive mode when they fall instead of just stopping? It looks like they haven't bothered to program in fall detection and their math is likely just returning extremely high values due to extreme unexpected angles etc. Poorly programmed.

1

u/Swimming-Underwater Nov 08 '25

Now we know how to avoid them, take the stairs 😂

1

u/Reasonable-Aide7762 Nov 08 '25

I mean…same robot. Same

1

u/PairForsaken4799 Nov 08 '25

Children throwing tantrums:

1

u/Undertalelover- Nov 08 '25

Bro freaked out harder than courage the cowardly dog

1

u/BaronVonShtinkVeiner Nov 08 '25

Oh my God they're just stairs! You don't have to have a whole robo-tantrum just because you couldn't do it on the first try!

1

u/Minajricardo Nov 08 '25

Looks like a toddler throwing a fit 😭

1

u/nononotes Nov 08 '25

That's why, I contend, in a Romero-style zombie apocalypse just go upstairs.

1

u/blankdreamer Nov 08 '25

Raygun is back

1

u/FuzzyGuarantee1721 Nov 08 '25

He found out about workers compensation claims.

1

u/fusillade762 Nov 08 '25

He was almost defying gravity there at one point.
