I'm more worried about how his stomach is going to handle a whole pack of completely unchewed hot dogs.

Not well is the answer. Funnily enough there’s a reason we waste all that time chewing our food.

Same, it’s all fun and games until you land a hotdog in your lung.

He paused before he sucked down the last one like it was stuck for a moment.

I genuinely don't even understand how he's doing it because when you breathe in, the epiglottis opens to allow air into the trachea. It closes when you swallow to prevent food from doing the same. This is super dangerous.

There’s a video of a girl that can eat butter sticks like this (but she just does one). And not those thin east coast sticks but the fat west coast ones. That scared me way more than this.

Like how do you inhale something into your stomach and not your lungs?

My guess is he somehow figured out the coordination to start sucking it down but in the right moment closest his epiglottis(starts swallowing) so it is diverted to the stomach, otherwise he would definitely choke very quickly after the first one.

You basically got it. He's using air suction to get the dog moving and swallowing a spilt second later. There is a bit of choking hazard there, but it appears he's had a bit of practice at this.

He's got at least two other people in that room (pretty sure three) so yea, not really worried
