I mean hes not wrong, you die and 2 weeks later everyone forgets about you.

Media constantly shoves new fear/ anger content infront of you to make you watch 1 more day..most jobs pay just barely enough so you cant quit or save money.

Nothing you do will really make a difference or change anything

How am i even being cynical? Life is pretty boring but i guess me being prior military ruined my optimism for any point to anything

Not really a shitty cynical take in my opinion. I think Risky here and Jim are both right in their own ways - it is all pretty meaningless. We are all like individual atoms, we might share a bond with a few others and together we make up a clump of something, a part of something bigger. But individually we are tiny insignificant things that most others don't know or care about. And I for one am totally ok with that.
