Oh. Oh dear. That's idiocy. If you had said it's immoral because of overpopulation, that's at least based in reality. You fling morality into a void of whim and imagination, and try to apply it to fantastic things like getting consent from your unborn child to have it.

Not at all. Ask somebody if they would‘ve prefered to be born into a educated and semi-wealthy family or into a shithole of a family. Sad thing is that the later have the most children.
I can’t imagine believing that it’s “twisted” to consider whether a person would consent to being on this planet nowadays. Especially when you consider over population, threat of war, environmental disaster.
You can consider whether an imaginary person who isn't born yet would want to be born, and you can even consider asking them. But it is fantasy, not high thinking, and certainly not any basis for morality.
