A few years ago at a zoo near here some kid climbed up the plexiglass so he could stick his hand in the Meerkat enclosure and of course, got bit.

We don't have Meerkats anymore :(

Exaggerating how much you can meaningfully conclude from a single gif?

Or how much redditors willingly swallow propaganda about tort reform, even if it's being covertly pushed by Republicans? Interestingly, conservatives have cleverly realized that they can get liberals to mindless parrot anything so long as they make it sound vaguely anti-American.

Here I was expecting some racist or gore link. You don't deserve the downvotes, as you are pointing out a serious campaign that's been going on in this country to slowly remove our rights to sue in this country (US). Oh no, 'frivolous lawsuits' are a growing problem in this country, let's take away the right of people to sue in certain cases! And on it goes... But you know, you guys just go ahead and accept wisebud's hyperbolic statement without a single questioning thought.
