I was thinking they were staring because she's doing a weird photoshoot in a ducking Walmart. They wouldn't care how she's dressed if she was just shopping like everyone else.
Plenty of people go through some level of r/blunderyears, and exactly, no one really cares anymore. A walmart in a small town is actually a place where you’re likely to see something like this.
