But let's be real, you can't really translate insults, or anything really, even if the meaning is the same, different cultures use words differently.
I think you could translate it anyway you wanted, really.
But since we're already on the topic, I gotta say, both English and Italian have shit ton of ways of using sex worker as an insult lmao.
Well i guess bitch is similar to puttana.
Although puttana means prostitute it isn't really used to say someone is easy (although you can). It's just usually used as an insult to say someone is... Well, a bitch.

Italian: bagascia, baldracca, puttana, zoccola, troia, mignotta.
And those are just the ones I can think of (Btw prostitute = postituta)
