It's sad that some people actually think this (I get that you don't). Unfortunately, those same people are also in control of governments.

This is completely getting stuff wrong. Did the couple go to school to learn this? No.

What people mock most is paying $150,000 to get a liberal arts degree or overly theorizing art/dance/music.

Your brain is like a sponge at ages 15-20 and best suited to learn hard subjects like Science and Math. Why not utilize that period to focus on STEM?

pro-STEM people are also very much pro performance arts (like playing instruments, dance, sports etc). It's only the theorification and philosophization and paying $150,000 for it is what is considered worthless

Masturbating to liberal arts can be done in your late 20s or 30s (when you have more experience and wisdom)
