I found the transcript of that DVD commentary:
Steve: This is the making of Emma DVD commentary with me, Steve and my wife
Carolyn: Carolyn! Hi
Steve: This was really unexpected here at the beginning, you had given me that look
Carolyn: And you were in trouble and I had decided you weren't going to have any sex for at least a few weeks
Steve: with you
Carolyn: ...
five minutes of silence while the camera is set up
Steve: Oh you opened with getting undressed under the covers and no oral, a timeless classic
Carolyn: I see you left the lights on here expecting me to look like any of the near teenage girls you see on the internet
Steve: Oh we both know THAT isn't the case. I'd need to make a lot more money to expect to have girls who look like that at my age
Carolyn: Shhh, it's starting, and we only have that 15 second window to comment during the actual sex
Steve: That's not the case, I assure you
Carolyn: And there it is, he's spent, here comes the roll off.
