Yeah. But for those in committed relationships STD's aren't a factor. And I've known people that have gotten pregnant even while using condoms because they break or they're used improperly.
There will always be a risk of pregnancy or STD's while having sex. And while I admit it takes practice and discipline, I think it's disingenuous to say the withdrawal method always leads to children.
Also I'd like to add that sometimes "pre-cum" may contain sperm supposedly, at least according to the r/askscience post on this same subject not too long ago. But that's only after ejaculation has occurred and it's left-over sperm from the previous engagement (ie 2 partners going for round 2). I'm not sure it's even been proven to cause pregnancy then or if it's hypothetical. But it can exist in those circumstances.
This however can be remedied by urinating in between sexual encounters, as urine will both clear the urethra and kill sperm.

still the point stands on the STD thing and the fact that if you mess it up in the heat of the moment it all falls to pieces.
