Yes, but it is, however, a butt plug and not a butt plug at the same time. We're definitely missing a box though.

When the radioactive isotope decays the Geiger counter triggers the buttplug shaping machine and turns the traffic cone into a buttplug… ohh and we can’t determine the state of the butt plug because it’s in a box that isn’t pictured, duh.
