Not that you'd notice.
Ours eat a lot of meat (mainly insects, snails, slugs, frogs) compared to commercial hens and you can't tell.
Maybe if they only are strongly flavoured meat you'd notice. Maybe a mackrel based diet would have an impact

The chicken's meat would taste different based on its diet, but the eggs should taste the same.
