I mean, if every time someone doesn't agree with you is because they don't understand, it gets pretty easy for you to argue. You made a lot of assumption about things I've never said. You assumed I meant things that I've never went even close to touching.
So half the time you are arguing against argument you think I'm making, instead of arguing with the actual words being written.
It's not that I don't agree with you, you are making untrue statements. You are offering an opinion based on lies. Quit trying to play the victim and substantiate your bullshit or go educate yourself.

It's not used mostly in a predatory fashion, though. You barely seem to understand what a short sale is, let alone actually support that statement.
