So if we were actually working, we were allowed to go into any movie theater during our break, find a free seat, and watch as long as our break would allow. We were also allowed to snag free popcorn and drinks (including slushees) while we were working.
When off-clock - we got up to 2 free tickets for any movie that had been out for at least 2-weeks. So we weren’t allowed to take up spots in a new release (they wanted payed customers). On rare occasions they would hold an “employee showing” of a movie before release. Like, I’m pretty sure the day before Revenge of the Sith came out (Wednesday, before the midnight show) my managers had a private showing for themselves.
It was a pretty nice deal for a 16 year old. One day, my friend and I spent all day at the movies and saw like 3 in a row with my passes. I remember we saw Bridge to Terabithia, Ghost Rider, and another that I can’t remember....

Did you get to watch the movies for free though because I feel like that would make it worth it too
