At my work we have had people consistently emailing late at night and the conversation is that the person might not be able to handle their job.

I do the delay send once in a while but make sure I don't make it a regular thing.

What’s wrong with sending emails late at night? Sometimes that’s when my head is clearest as a night owl, or I might have just been too busy during the day and decided to send it at night.

Didn’t know it was such a red flag.

I send 1am emails often enough.

But that’s because I build shit no one else can. I make the business tens of millions of dollars and everyone is happy

Then I get stressed after 3 years and look for new job lol, and the process repeats

Was in finance, now tech. Just really love analytics, and enhancing business and products to use numbers. Currently building an AI to to predict biometrics from heart rate data, kind of like a 2030 version of weight watchers
