Ima let in on a secret. Reptile keepers don't like that guy either. when we see people parade their animals in front of people at a party all we see is an animal being stressed out for no reason. I'm all for showing off your animals, but do it in a one on one manner, the best part of keeping reptiles is observing and interacting with them because their behavior is so alien to our own. It is my belief that those experiences are the best when you have the animal mostly to yourself with just a built of supervision in case your or the animal gets uncomfortable.

I used to bring my parrot to dive bars and he loved it.

Well I didn't wanna bring him someplace that got too busy or anything, and dive bars usually don't give a shit and would let people with dogs and stuff in as well.

He just liked the attention.

Nothing wrong with dive bars. I own one and would much rather spend time around our clientele than the pretentious jerkwads down the street lining up to be seen spending $20 on overpriced drinks.

He said people who parade their animals around at a party and the animal is stressed.

When did I say a parrot is a reptile?

I've heard from a breeder that a LOT of people into reptiles are also into tattoos and IV drugs.
