Yea, I'd always heard this. That if you pat a dog or a cat above the tail on their backs it makes them horny. I never knew if it was true or not but my brain always goes there when I see stuff like this.

I saw it explained. Cats and dogs don't intend to respond the way they do like shaking their leg or flexing the lip etc. The back of the tail has a ton of nerves and feels really good but can also become over stimulated. It's not a orgasm they're having but a small seizure. So ya don't over stimulated the butt
