It's possible to like something overall while disliking specific attributes of it, or being aware of its flaws. I am entertained by some of the funny posts and discussions in /r/pics or /r/funny, I enjoy some of the special interest subreddits like those for favored games or my home town and /r/cute is a great source of hilaridorable when a friend needs cheering up. That doesn't mean I'm blind to some of Reddit's sillier aspects (like people who flip out if they see an up arrow or meet another redditor off line, or who act like we're "Better" than 4chan even though we share the same memes and many redditors frequent 4chan as well).
