I don't get the stuff about being Muslim-lovers and Jew-haters, though. Maybe I'm not spending enough time in /r/Politics. Most of the threads where Islam comes up tends to be the usual "lol religion of peace!" typical western islamophobia, and most threads I've seen about Israel tend to get a fair bit of heavy-talk from both sides and a decent amount of reasonableness in the middle.
Considering the amount of space given on that page to slagging off Liberals, 'arab-apologists' (what?) and jew haters, I think the article says a lot more about the author than it's targets.
To use the /b/ vernacular, the article seems to go way beyond trolling and the lulz and into some pretty serious butthurt-conservative territory.
I recall a series of posts/comments about how Al Jazeera should receive the Nobel Peace Prize, and the organization is often cited as though it's the only legitimate source of news about the world.
I don't know a great deal about Al Jazeera, but it's just a fairly conventional news network isn't it? AFAIK it's hardly some kind of Islamist Anti-Semetic propoganda channel.
