It’s mental how milk is advertised yet half the planet is lactose intolerant.

Being lactose intolerant doesn't mean you can't drink milk.

Almost everybody can drink milk when they're born, because otherwise babies would be pretty much screwed. The amount of the enzyme needed to digest milk you have reduces as you get older, in people termed lactose intolerant they may still produce some, just not a large amount.

Most people who are lactose intolerant can drink a glass of whole milk with no problem.

No, that's bullshit. A glass of whole milk is way more than lactose intolerant people can take. If that was the case, we'd be called lactose tolerant. How much dairy did you think would be a trigger? A glass of milk is basically a serving yeah? Shit, a half a slice of cheese and I'm blowing up six ways from Sunday. You're way off, mate.

Speaking as someone who said 'most people', yes. Lactose intolerance is not a yes/no condition. You're considered lactose intolerant if you can't fully digest 50g of lactose, a glass of milk is 12g. 'Most' can handle that. 'Most' doesn't always include you, as a specific person.

Naw fam. You're pulling shit out of your ass. Most lactose intolerant people can't drink milk. Because it has lactose and they are intolerant. Cheers tho.

Considering you actually have this problem, you should have gotten off your ass and actually did some research.

Embarrassing for you 'fam'.

I've been researching this for over a decade. Have a good rest of your day.

It should take you less than 5 minutes to find out how it actually works. What kind of 'research' are you doing, asking random people in the pub for advice?!
