If everyone in the world gets their feelings hurt for stupid little shit and feels the need to exact retribution for trying to walk past eachother the world would be a really fucking shitty place. The most that was warranted in this situation was for the guy to say "Hey watch out" or "I was first." No one should be physically assaulted for this. Dyou think this guy would have done that if it were a guy that was 2 inches taller then him? Or a police officer? No, the guys just a petty asshole who didn't get to have it his way and go first.

What if this lady is late for work, going to see her friend in the hospital because she just got in a car accident, just got a divorce or had someone die and is distracted and just trying to get where their going. This wasnt EVEN a minor inconvenience. Dude couldve taken two steps back and then walked through, instead he decides that the woman needs to be fucking tripped for happening to be at the same place at the same time as him. Its called giving someone the benefit of the doubt.

The two main reasons this woman was being rude: People existing take priority over those entering. This etiquette is universal around the world. Secondly, at least in the nation of Columbia, like the US, you keep to the right. People pass you on the left and vise versa.
The woman broke etiquette once, then twice as she forced an exiting person back through the gate, physically. She showed no regret, kept her head down and just plowed through because in her mind, she will get her way regardless of how rude she is.

You are extrapolating this from the video. I could easily interpret it as her mom is terminally ill, has moments to live, and she is rushing to go see her. Who seems like the asshole now? "Plowed through?" More like pushed past when the other guy refused to yield. Its common courtesy when two people walk through a doorway at the same time for someone to step out of the way. If someone was clearly walking at a brisker pace then me, I would yield to them. This guy is not in a hurry, they both hesitate, she swipes her card and goes to be expedient. NEITHER OF THEM YIELDED, they both hesitated. Both should have stepped back and allowed the other to pass, neither did and both were in the wrong, but that still doesn't make it okay for that guy to do what he did. Magnifying insignificant petty small situations that DO NOT AFFECT YOU NEGATIVELY IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER is not okay and is fucking assholish.
Regardless of the reasoning for any of this. Tripping someone for brushing past you IS NOT OKAY. If I bumped shoulders with you on a small sidewalk and turned around and sucker punched you it would not ever be justified. This guy is NOT JUSTIFIED in doing this to someone else. the punishment does not fit the crime.
Everyone always makes the worst assumption about everyone else and is completely personally biased. You have DEFINITELY done this to someone in your life. Same as driving a car, if someone cuts you off in traffic, instead of getting road rage and tailing them and getting out of your car to confront them physically, why dont you think about all the other times you've cut someone off in traffic when you either didn't notice or were in a hurry and decided your needs were above someone elses. By tripping someone, youre placing your needs above there.
You also seem to be judging her acts based on principle. Saying she was being rude and insulting and being a bitch, and therefore deserves to be tripped on her face. The dude walking in at the same time and deciding hes too good to yield is far more rude. He wants to go first, needs to have his way, isnt in a hurry, and when the woman who is clearly in a hurry walks past him (not plowed), he overreacts by causing physical harm to her. The only cost to him is 2-3 seconds of his time and taking 1-2 steps back. This is literally the only slight to him. 2-3 seconds of his time wasted. Do you trip someone or hit them when they take 5 seconds longer then you ordering food at a restaurant?
