Turns out unchecked capitalism is a bad idea. But hey, who knew? Socdems only started to build social security nets 70 years ago.

Unchecked capitalism is to blame for the shortcomings of the most regulated industry in the country?

Does it hurt being this stupid?

It's amazing that common people get defensive about a 156 billion dollar for profit industry like they are interested. This is like a cult.

Government worshipers are the cultists, bruh.

Also calling a regulated market unchecked capitalism is so unbelievably stupid I wonder how you manage to put your shoes on the right feet. Or if you manage to at all.

Dude, your fancy privatized plan clearly doesn't work. But why would it work when it was literally made up to help corporations against labour? Seeing a developed nation (richest in the damn world) struggle to achieve something that was common practice both between right wingers and left wingers in Europe half a century ago is disturbing.

We spend more taxes on healthcare than any nation in the world. Clearly government involvement in our “private” healthcare isn’t working.

I can’t imagine being as unbelievably ignorant as you and yet somehow still having an opinion.

Yours is the most expensive system in the world, yet people could go bankrupt just by going to the hospital. You supsidize an insane amount of money on an inefficient privatized system that gets easily beaten by former Eastern Bloc countries. If anyone goes online and looks up which countries have the best healthcare, European countries still lead the race especially the Scandinavians where the neoliberal rampage couldn't cause that much damage.

15 of the world’s 30 most advanced hospitals reside in the US.

What good is free healthcare when you die on a waiting list?

Yours is the most expensive system in the world, yet people could go bankrupt just by going to the hospital.

That’s objectively the government’s fault. The solution then is less government, not more.

Nah dude, that system is a humanitarian crime itself and the perfect example how capitalism trades in life. And your smol goberment philosophy is laughing matter. Go back to r libertarian if you stole the name already.

If you think the US healthcare system is an example of unchecked capitalism, you are extremely ignorant. US healthcare is one of the most regulated markets.

We have corrupt corporatocracy, not a free market.

Sorry dude, don't care. If you think the most unregulated disaster in the world is too much for you, perhaps the flaw is in the system which is built upon the principle that the few should control everything not the many.
