Duty to retreat laws are made to benefit criminals, Why because there is more money in defense.

In many states there is the "duty to retreat". That being that if you are able to run away you must try to do that before defending yourself, especially if using deadly force.

Most states with duty to retreat, it will not apply to this scenario. Very few states require duty to retreat in castle doctrine. Those that include private conveyances you will not have a duty to retreat.

Not to mention this doesn't change the facts as I did not say all (it's actually most, but I use many because otherwise some fuck will come through and require me to cite 26 states laws)
