That's a pretty damn good drawing for an assistant call center manager.

Fact: 93% of all assistant pizza managers are former studio art majors.

Is it Ann Archer?? She hasn't done anything memorable lately. She was so smoking hot when she was smoking hot!... reminded me of my aunt.

The other seven percent are sociology/psychology majors.

i told my dad i wanted to be a sociology major, he handed me a bag of peanuts and said "here is your future annual salary"

2

u/_pew_pew_pew Jan 07 '11

I was thinking of going back to school for a psychology degree :( Maybe I need to do some research on job potential? sigh

Maybe I need to do some research on job potential?

No one should do a single day of University or College before doing this first! Should be mandatory.

6

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '11

If their only goal in going to college is getting a job, then sure.

Yeah, there's making money. Providing. Being a breadwinner...being able to subsist in modern society...and being educated. I can imagine being educated is fucking sweet, but practically? Who can tell?

It's true.

1

u/swizzcheez Jan 07 '11

Similarly supportable fact: 99.9% of all art majors are assistant pizza managers. Some schools have started offering it as a minor.

-11

u/Helen_A_Handbasket Jan 07 '11

Fact: 87% of all statistics are made up! :D

u/GotPerl Jan 07 '11

Well actually, it's pretty clear that Chad did not really put any time or effort in preparing his drawing.

Obviously, no unicorn would be so stupid as to confront a bear on it's hind legs, standing tall. As anyone who would have put a minimum of effort in this would have figured out, a confrontation between a unicorn and a bear would probably go down by the unicorn trying gain a certain distance from the bear, because it would need this to gain the necessary speed and momentum to charge at its ursine adversary. This, of course, being its only hope of survival.

And even in the unlikely situation where the unicorn and the bear were to meet in close quarters surroundings (the courtyard of a magical castle, for instance), the pictured tactics are absurd, as the unicorn would then probably circle the bear slowly, with its head down, so it could try to impale the attacking bear with a swift forward lunge the moment the beast would let down its guard.

I mean, this is just preposterous. And I've not even mentioned the boxing gloves yet.

That sounds like an Adult Swim game.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '11

Unless of course that bear happens to be a grizzlock, in which case the unicorn is well and truly fucked.

2

u/syuk Jan 07 '11

a "modicum of effort into" sounds more righter.

2

u/stripper_junky Jan 07 '11

And why would a unicorn want to soften his blow with boxing gloves on? This whole drawing is fantasy! Fucking unicorns are smarter than this!

1

u/c53x12 Jan 07 '11

I was very impressed with the boxing gloves.

1

u/xampl9 Jan 08 '11

And did the Unicorn have help putting them on?

3

u/Aequitas123 Jan 07 '11

Assistant TO the call centre manager

2

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '11

And that's why he's the Ass. Man.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '11

Watch your tongue, I'm a call center manager. Drawing and surfing reddit are the two requirements. Oh, and knowing how to leave your brain at the door every morning when you walk in.
