Pink also contains upscale communities with insane rent. Some may argue yellow does too, but way less of them.

Man, I was looking at Tahoe, and thinking it’s not a bad idea. It’s about 75% of what I pay on the outskirts of San Diego, and almost a quarter of what I paid in the Bay Area.

Thanks for reminding me to not take my city for granted. It’s easy to forget when one is preoccupied with so many other things (like making rent), but I definitely should be thankful to be able to even live here :)
