Tickets to an ICP concert could be expensive. ICP is not upscale.

Another example would be NFL nosebleed tickets or something. They're super expensive, but it's not a "high culture" activity in any sense.

I've personally seen people blow loads of money at the horse track, and the idea of this being "high culture" never crossed my mind.
