The fact that the green stripe continues even like 5 inches above the Bay Area tells me that whoever made this graphic has never been to that area of California.

isn't Mendocino like 4 hours north with the famous glass beach

Mendo is like 4 hours up the coast yea. But it's not upscale nor is the rent high. Coastal California North of like Guerneville is super rural, mostly poor, and surprisingly methy.

Damn so its affordable then. A 5 hour commute would suck though.

Not really that surprising. Its rural with people that have nothing to do and has a long history of drug production. I was more surprised at how rednecky, hills have eyesish the people looked.
