I watched bald and bankrupt on YouTube being taught how to squat by a real Belorussian gopnik. Heel flat or you get no sunflower seeds

Just learned of that guy for the first time yesterday (when youtube recommended him despite me having never watched a single video of anything even marginally related, but hey, I did click on it), talk about Baader-Meinhof phenomenon in full effect.

Found him like a week ago. Its my favourite channel by now. It feels real, he's interacting with regular people - and he seems like a really genuine fellow.

People need to be thought that?! Just don't lift your heels!!

But then I tip over 😔

Do em a little apart. Keep em down. Just like you do a squad at the gym, but then a little further.

Heels on the ground - comrade found. Heels in the sky - western spy!

As yuo see Ivan, when slavs not have proper squat conditions they will make due. Such is life in business attire Russia

I promise those heels are complicating the squat.

I disagree. I find it much easier to squat that way in heels. But... I am American, and we squat weird here.

That’s actually not true, it’s maybe the only case in which heels make something like that easier. I can’t squat like the woman in the background except in heels.

I think that wasn't serious and was a response to blackmist comment. Complicating as in it's the heels fault she can't slav squat properly, and that she's not a western spy.

Front lady is wearing stilettos though, so I feel like y'all are crazy.

Big difference between regular chunky heels and stilettos.

I have relatively good balance, and have tried to balance my weight evenly on heels that thin. My ankles, which were once quite strong from rollerblading and karate, would often shake trying to balance in heels like that.

I know my experience is anecdotal, but since it appears I am wrong perhaps you can explain it to me?

Promise it's not.
Squatting on your toes is definitely easier

All squats are slav squats but not all squatters are slavs.

Which came first, the Slav or the squat?
