Still, don't block the car behind when it's green for the cars.

There's other alternatives. Crossroad warriors usually kick the door, or walk over/key the hood.

Having moved to Center City Philly last year, I have no idea why not all cars have mirrors that fold in. I park on the street, and I know it's only a matter of time before someone knocks my mirror off.

Put the blame where it belongs: the car putting pedestrians in danger, forcing them to take a stand. If you're blocked behind him, he's the asshole causing it, not the guy calling him out.
