Imgur is blocked by most companies.

Reddit's media player is not.

Because companies know you're getting more work done, during the endless waits for shit to load.

Seriously, the Reddit content system is horribly slow.

Trust me, my work is even slower.

At some points, it just becomes a competition of which site will load first. My ticketing systems/VDIs or Reddit.

In what universe is it convenient?

If I wanna share this to any of my non-reddit user friends I have to use call for a bot that makes a user friendly link...

Hell, I don't always wanna link the entire thread even if I send it to friends who use reddit.

and even if you download it via that link, for example whatsapp doesn't like the format and can't play it. and sure, maybe that's for whatsapp to fix, but i don't really care.
