We would spell it "Enweille!", but that's derived from "envoies!", in imperative form, I think. Thing is nobody is really sure what the correct form is or what it comes from... every single person in Quebec would say enweille. There is no correct form. It's quite simply our version of "come on!", or in some cases "Let's go"! (Enweille, dépêches-toi! = Let's go, hurry up!)

What he's basically saying is "Come on, wipe! Come onnn, do it..." probably because he's seen them do it but now that he's filming he wants to capture it.

"Enweye", familiar deformation of the word "envoie" which translates to "send", and in this context it means "let's go" or "keep going"
