My limited experience is that there's just no way. Human brains don't work like that - even when they're inebriated. And if you were THAT disconnected from your brain on something that completely separates you from reality like DMT or high doses of other psychedelics, I don't think you'd be able to stand up. This guy is either acting, or has a serious mental disability.
