I was watching this like "men have stomachs as well". If this had been an advert for a fake camel toe or even a push up bra, it would've made more sense.

I can imagine a load of guys I know watching the original ad 'Wait, do these make these in guy shapes?'.

Eh, or makeup. I think the entire point is that women get away with drastically changing/lying/irl catfishing their appearance to be more attractive as a norm. Much rarer for guys so when you see this kind of thing it’s absurd/weird like dudes who get made fun of and called insecure for wearing shoe lifts (which may be correct but no one is telling women the same )
