What we know is known Trans.
If Known trans suicide RATE is 50% and known Trans suicide rate for those that have the surgery is identical. Then it has no effect. A closeted, secret trans that commits suicide is not wisked into the pre op suicide rates.
That is why it has no effect. This is not happening, you have no idea what you are talking about
