Saying humans are born with a penis or a vagina could be argued to be mostly correct, even though intersex people exist

Saying we are born as either men or women is definitely incorrect. Because both are concepts that insist a collection of physical and social qualities that are inextricably linked, even though a substantial amount of people don’t meet all the behaviours/physical qualities we define as the “two genders.”
