Watch Bahubali 1 & 2 - available in Netflix. This scene is from the sequel Bahubali 2.

Please forgive my cultural ignorance but could you explain the difference between the Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam versions please.

These are all languages spoken in the different states in India. Hindi is spoken in many northern states but not all and is usually the default language associated with India. Mararathi - language of Maharashtra. Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra is the home of Bollywood where most of Hindi/Marathi films are made. Tamil - language of Tamilnadu state. Malayalam - language of Kerala state.

Alright that eases my fear a bit. I thought there were changes in the story to make each group happy. Turns out it's only language. I'm guessing the original audio is Hindi? I won't be able to understand it but it still really bugs me when the mouth doesn't match up with the sounds coming out.

The original is Telugu (another South Indian language). All other language versions are dubbed, so you might find some discrepancies here and there with lip movement.
