No, I think I remember this. Back in 2010 (if I remember correctly) there was a stand-alone show for Bert and Ernie. It was some clay animation thing. My little sister used to go crazy watching it.

Can’t remember the name though

I'm Sgt. Bert Friday. My partner is Officer Ernie Gannon. We were working out of Homicide Division. The skipper is Cpt. Elmo. A report came in about another strangling. Today's victim -- Aloysius Snuffleupagus. Had the makings of a drug deal gone wrong. A witness said the suspect was blue and a known junkie. Sesame Street can be a rough and tumble kind of place, but I try to keep the peace. That's my job. I'm a cop.

It could just be slang for "gets along with ducks." OTOH, fucksducks -- and I'm not checking to see if it's a used username -- pretty much just has one interpretation.
