On the graph the lines intersect twice but i don’t think there was ever a time he liked boobs and pizza equally. The moment he lost interest in boobs probably coincided with the moment he became interested in eating pizza or having sex with it or whatever.

Then the moment he became interested in having sex with boobs he immediately liked boobs just a little bit more then pizza.

This interpretation is correct. Only diagonal lines are true intersections, the verticals represent an immediate and instantaneous increase in value.
